Abstract:
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional cell culturing microchip having a nanoporous permeable membrane attached thereto and a fabrication method therefor. The present invention can culture cells in a three-dimensional manner with the nanoporous permeable membrane serving as a cell scaffold and can inject cells by means of a plurality of microfluidic channels or provide a drug, a cell-secreted substance, or a biologically active material through diffusion.
