Abstract:
A three-dimensional coordinate measuring device and measuring method. A machine frame (11) is a U-shaped frame structure constructed using a front horizontal frame, a connecting frame, and a rear horizontal frame. An end portion of the front horizontal frame is connected to a front panel (12). The rear horizontal frame is provided with a servomotor (13). An output shaft of the servomotor is connected to a screw rod. The screw rod is connected, via a bearing (16), to a center of the rear surface of the front panel. A nut (15) is threaded on the screw rod. Four connecting rods (17) are hingedly connected around the nut. Support rods (18) are hingedly connected to respective ends of each of the four connecting rods (17). Respective other ends of the four support rods pass through center portions at four sides of the front panel. A top end of the support rod passing through the left side of the front panel is connected at a right angle to a bottom end surface of a securing panel (19). A slave laser probe (20) and a left camera (21) are respectively provided on the securing panel. Cameras (22, 23, 24) are respectively provided at top ends of the support rods passing through the right side, top side, and bottom side of the front panel. A central camera (25) and a master laser probe (26) are respectively provided at a center of a front surface of the front panel. A plurality of auxiliary laser probes (27) are provided on the front panel in an array to correspond to a frontal direction. The three-dimensional coordinate measuring device and measuring method provide highly accurate and quick measurement.
