Abstract:
In this three-dimensional display: a region where eyes of a viewer (100) should be located when the viewer views a three-dimensional image is predefined as a viewing region (500); the viewing region is defined in a circular shape so as to surround a light control element (1) at a position above a top plate (51) of a table; an outer peripheral surface of the light control element is irradiated with a group of lights comprising a plurality of lights (L21, L22, L23) from a light generator (2) disposed below the top plate; and the light control element is formed such that the plurality of lights irradiating a plurality of portions (P11, P12, P13) differing from each other in the direction of the ridge line of the light control element diffuse within respective imaginary planes and transmit the plurality of portions, and such that the center lines (C11, C12, C13) of the transmitted plurality of diffused lights (L31, L32, L33) pass the viewing region (500).
