Abstract:
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional face mask and to a method for manufacturing same, and particularly, to an environmentally-friendly three-dimensional face mask that does not use adhesives for retaining its three-dimensional shape, and to a method for manufacturing the face mask. The face mask has easy attachability, improved sealability, and a three-dimensional shape, by virtue of a forehead portion and a nose portion being formed on a folded folding line and centered on the folded folding line, and separated or cut portions that are partially stitched. The method for manufacturing the face mask according to the present invention comprises: a folding process of folding a rolled sheet or a sheet, cut to a certain size, in the lengthwise direction; a forming process of severing and cutting contour lines of the face, between the forehead and nose, and of the eyes, nose, mouth, and chin, while maintaining the folded lines at the forehead portion and nose bridge portion with respect to the folded line of the sheet folded by the folding process as a reference line; and a process for forming a three-dimensional shape which imparts three-dimensionality by using a string or thread to stitch and connect the cut portion between the forehead and nose, the philtrum portion, and the chin line on the sheet cut into a folded face shape by the forming process.
