Abstract:
The present invention addresses the difficulty, when filling the inside of a shell layer (a core part) with a fluid core material, of filling with the core material. Specifically, this three-dimensional forming method, which first forms an outer shell layer (a shell layer) of a three-dimensional formed object using a shell material and then forms the portion inside (core part) of the formed outer shell layer using a core material, is characterized in that the shell layer is formed with additive manufacturing and is formed in the additive manufacturing direction thereof over multiple rounds, and the core material is cured from a fluid state to a non-fluid state by irradiating with active energy rays or by imparting thermal energy; for the each of the multiple rounds over which formation of the shell layer is divided, the core material is filled into the portion inside (the core part) of the shell layer that has been already molded, and after completion of both the aforementioned multiple rounds of forming the shell layer and the filling the core part with the core material, the core material is cured all at once by irradiating with active energy rays or by imparting thermal energy.
