Abstract:
A three-dimensional hydrogel-graphene-based biosensor and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of biosensors. The three-dimensional hydrogel-graphene-based biosensor comprises a substrate, an electrode layer, a graphene thin film and a three-dimensional hydrogel material layer which are sequentially stacked; the three-dimensional hydrogel material layer is formed by a hydrogel material having a three-dimensional network structure; the hydrogel material is obtained by polymerizing a raw material comprising an acrylamide monomer and a modified probe molecule; and the modified probe molecule is a probe molecule in which an acrylamide group is modified. The three-dimensional hydrogel-graphene-based biosensor has good stability and high sensitivity.
