Abstract:

A display offset on a screen of an image display device for displaying an image is adjusted by an operation by a viewer. An adjustment screen having a prescribed format is generated and displayed on a display screen, the adjustment screen including a display of a specific display mark used in the correction of the display offset on the screen in the relationship between a plurality of mirrors and a region of a screen having the prescribed format,. A screen shift for controlling the screen displayed on the display screen is controlled so as to move the adjustment screen, which includes the specific display mark, forward or backward in prescribed distance intervals, and displays the screen on the display screen in accordance with shift input instructions for moving the screen in a longitudinal direction as viewed from a user. In a state in which the screen has been moved a prescribed distance by the screen shift control (a state in which the screen offset has been corrected), an image for display in three dimensions is arranged in a plurality of regions, a format adjustment screen is generated and displayed on the display screen, and the image thus displayed is reflected in a plurality of mirrors and displayed as a three-dimensional image.
