Abstract:
The present invention provides an inexpensive three-dimensional image element and optical radar device, with which it is possible to detect the distance to a nearby object being measured before the final result of counting of the number of pulses is produced. A pixel storing element (Mx(j)) has a plurality of binary counters (BC1-BCy) that integrate the number of electric pulses having mutually different timing, and data readout by a signal processing circuit (DS) is executable in parallel with the integration.
