Abstract:

Provided is a three-dimensional image projection device which displays a three-dimensional image with high reproducibility according to the change of the position of a viewer and easily achieves the miniaturization of a system. Specifically provided is a three-dimensional projection device (1) provided with a projection image generating disk (4) which is configured by stacking hologram sheets (9a, 9b, 9c) along the inner surfaces (10a, 10b) of glass substrates (8a, 8b) and projects image light with directivity by causing the image light to be incident on the hologram sheets (9a, 9b, 9c), and a rotational driving unit (3) which rotationally drives the projection image generating disk (4) along the surface of the glass substrate (8a, 8b) using a center point (C1) as the center of rotation, wherein on the hologram sheets (9a, 9b, 9c), holograms (11a, 11b, 11c) are recorded in advance, said holograms being formed by causing two laser beams (L3, L2) serving as reference light and object light to be simultaneously incident on the positions corresponding to the center point (C1) while the angles of incidence (θ1) on the hologram sheets (9a, 9b, 9c) are maintained to be approximately the same.
