Abstract:
A three-dimensional imaging apparatus and an imaging method thereof. The three-dimensional imaging apparatus comprises: at least one lighting apparatus (1), which excites a sample to be tested by means of a light beam scan; at least one detection apparatus (2), the main axis of the detection optical path intersects the main axis of the lighting optical path at a non-zero included angle; at least one rotating mechanism (3), the shaft of the rotating mechanism (3) coincides, is parallel or perpendicular to the plane of the main axis of the lighting optical path and the main axis of the detection optical path.
