Abstract:
A three-dimensional inclined-teeth roll crusher, comprising a casing (10), a plurality of power devices (20) installed on the casing (10), a base (30) positioned at an end of the casing (10) distal from the power device (20), a plurality of toothed rollers (40), a plurality of crushing teeth (50) installed on the toothed rollers (40), and a plurality of stop pieces (60) installed on an inner wall of the casing (10). Each of the toothed rollers (40) corresponds to each of the power devices (20). Each of the toothed rollers (40) is respectively connected to the base (30) and the corresponding power device (20). The toothed rollers (40) surround a central axle of the casing (10), are uniformly distributed within the casing (10), and are provided at an inclined angle from the base (30) towards the power device (20). The three-dimensional inclined-teeth roll crusher is an assembly of the casing (10) and the toothed roller (40). The plurality of toothed rollers (40) provided in a spatially inclined arrangement are used to achieve the features of a high crushing ratio, high screening efficiency, high handling performance, and three-dimensional crushing, effectively improving crushing efficiency and crushing quality.
