Abstract:
A three-dimensional manufacturing apparatus provided with: a rotation-driving unit for rotating a table centered on a rotation axis line; a region-setting unit for setting multiple divided regions that result from dividing an irradiation region, which corresponds to a horizontal cross-section of an object to be manufactured, in the circumferential direction; a beam source for irradiating an electron beam on a powder material in each divided region; and a rotation speed-adjusting unit for adjusting the rotation speed of the table. The area per unit central angle of a first divided region is smaller than the area per unit central angle of a second divided region. The rotation speed-adjusting unit makes adjustments so that the rotation speed of the table in the period of irradiation of the electron beam on the first divided region is faster than the rotation speed of the table in the period of irradiation of the electron beam on the second divided region.
