Abstract:

Provided is a three-dimensional mounting device comprising: a support unit that is capable of movement to secure an object to be processed; a coating unit that coats the object to be processed with a viscous fluid; a mounting unit that places a component on the object to be processed; an image-capture unit that captures an image of the object to be processed; and a control unit that controls a processing unit that includes the support unit, the coating unit, the mounting unit, and the image-capture unit. At least one of the support unit, the coating unit, the mounting unit, and the image-capture unit comprises a plurality of tilt axes and is capable of movement to tilt the object to be processed and/or the processing unit in a plurality of directions. The control unit performs coordinate correction using a circuit pattern of a forming surface as a reference position and causes the mounting unit to place the component.
