Abstract:
A method for producing a three-dimensional polymer-metal composite microstructure, comprising: forming a polymer structure by a photo-fabrication method using a photo-curable resin comprising a reactive group (X); immersing the polymer structure in a liquid containing metal-containing nanoparticles having a reactive group (X'), said reactive group (X') being capable of binding to the reactive group (X); and forming a metal-containing layer on the polymer structure through the binding of the reactive group (X) to the reactive group (X').
According to this method, a polymer-metal complex structure having a three-dimensional structure can be produced. Namely, a three-dimensional polymer-metal composite microstructure can be produced thereby without denaturing a biomolecule in the course of forming the composite metal material.
