Abstract:
In a straight seam steel pipe production line, due to the diversification of products, the production line of a manufacturer often needs to change the specifications of the products, and it is also required that the production line has the capability of processing the products of various specifications. According to an existing straight seam steel pipe production line, when the specification of a product is changed, a whole set of rollers that need to be replaced are manually replaced online or a robot is used for full-automatic roller replacement when the production line is shut down. However, a robot roller replacement device is large in occupied space and high in manufacturing cost. The present embodiment provides a three-dimensional quick change machine for use in a production line, being capable of efficiently, safely, and cheaply completing the quick replacement of two specifications. The operation of changing the whole specification is completed by arranging a first machine unit, a second machine unit, a three-dimensional frame, a forming base, and a switch; and the first machine unit or the second machine unit is driven by the switch to move up and down in the three-dimensional frame, and is alternately arranged on the forming base so as to achieve the change of the specification of the production line.
