Abstract:
A three-dimensional scanning technology-based method and system for monitoring construction of a steel structure. The monitoring method comprises: acquiring an issue for construction model of a steel structure (S1); performing three-dimensional scanning on the steel structure at a first time to determine point cloud data at the first time (S2); performing three-dimensional scanning on the steel structure at a second time to determine point cloud data at the second time, the second time following the first time (S3); for a set part of the steel structure, determining a first bit type difference between the point cloud data at the first time and the issue for construction model (S4); for the set part of the steel structure, determining a second bit type difference between the point cloud data at the second time and the issue for construction model (S5); determining a bit type difference value between the first time and the second time according to the first bit type difference and the second bit type difference (S6); and comparing the bit type difference value with a preset bit type difference limit value to determine whether the limit is exceeded (S7). The monitoring method can monitor a bit type change of any point in the steel structure, has high monitoring precision, does not require a high-altitude operation, and needs less labor and low equipment costs.
