Abstract:
A three-dimensional shape base material comprising a sheet-form base material formed into a three-dimensional shape provided protrusions and recesses, and a support material formed by attaching a soft resin composition to the recesses in the rear surface of protrusions on one surface side. The three-dimensional shape base material which can keep for a long time a three-dimensional shape, especially a fine three-dimensional shape high in design feature, is lightweight, and is excellent in breathability, and the production methods of furniture, bags, covers and three-dimensional shape base materials using it. A sheet-form base material is formed into a three-dimensional shape provided with protrusions and recesses, and a support material is formed by attaching a soft resin composition to the recesses in the rear surface of protrusions on one surface side. Specifically, a sheet-form base material is formed into a three-dimensional shape provided with a protrusion/recesses unit where a protrusion (1) has mountain-shape front surface continuous in the length direction of a base material (4) and a rear surface with a sectionally inverted-V-shaped recess (2), and a soft resin composition (3) is attached as a support material to the recesses (2) in the rear surface of protrusions (1) on one surface side.
