Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of battery negative electrode materials, in particular, to a three-dimensional silicon-carbon composite material. The composite material is a core-shell structure; the core is nano-silicon; the shell is a composite formed by a carbon nanotube, graphene, and amorphous carbon; the thickness ratio of the core to the shell is 100:(5-20). According to the three-dimensional silicon-carbon composite material and a preparation method therefor, by means of a chemical method, nano-silicon, a graphene oxide solution, and a hydroxylated carbon nanotube are formed into a three-dimensional network structure under the action of a chemical bond, and the composite material is doped with amorphous carbon formed after phenolic resin carbonization; thus, the electron conductivity and ionic conductivity of the composite material are improved, and the cycle performance thereof is improved.
