一种三维立体均温板(3)及其制备方法及汽车头灯,所述三维立体均温板(3)包括中空长板形的蒸发腔(103)以及中空平板形的冷凝腔(104);蒸发腔(103)与冷凝腔(104)垂直设置,组成横截面为T形的立体结构,蒸发腔(103)与冷凝腔(104)的内壁均设置有毛细芯层(105)。所述汽车头灯,包括LED-COB光源(1)、灯泡金属外罩(2)、翅片散热器(4)、风扇(5)及所述三维立体均温板(3);LED-COB光源(1)贴设在蒸发腔(103)的外表面上;翅片散热器(4)的前端贴设在冷凝腔(104)的外表面上;风扇(5)设置在翅片散热器(4)的后端;灯泡金属外罩(2)套设在LED-COB光源(1)及三维立体均温板(3)外。扩大了安装面积与散热面积,可以更有效的利用空间;缩短了冷却液的循环流程,扩大了接触面接,从而提高了散热效率。 A three-dimensional vapor chamber (3), and manufacturing method therefor, and an automotive headlamp. Whereby, the The installation area and heat dissipation area are increased, thus making more effective use of spaceand space can be more effectively utilized; the circulation process of the coolant fluid is shortened and the contact area is increased, thus improving such that the heat dissipation efficiency is improved and the heat dissipation is better.
