Abstract:
In the technical field of current high-frequency welded pipe production lines, square and rectangular pipes are generally required to be produced by one machine with multiple functions. Square and rectangular pipes of multiple specifications are required to be produced, and special-shaped pipes of other shapes are also required to be produced. Therefore, in order to meet the market requirements, the present embodiment provides a three-frame variable-specification quick roll changing rolling mill capable of producing square and rectangular pipes of multiple specification and producing special-shaped pipes of other shapes by means of quick roll changing. A floating frame is additionally arranged on the basis that only a fixed frame and a movable frame are arranged on the original rolling mill, quick roll changing is achieved by disassembling the movable frame, and the specification is changed by changing the distance between the floating frame and the movable frame.
