Abstract:
A three-in-one oil cooling electric driving structure (1), comprising a reducer-to-motor rear end oil cooling structure integral to an electric driving housing, a rotor cooling structure, and a stator cooling structure. The reducer-to-motor rear end oil cooling structure transports a cooling oil (41) in a reducer housing (4) into a main oil passage (25) of a motor housing (2); the main oil passage (25) is divided into a first oil passage (25a) and a second oil passage (25b) at a rear end cover (3); the first oil passage (25a) is communicated with the stator cooling structure; the second oil passage (25b) is communicated with the rotor cooling structure; the stator cooling structure is used for introducing the cooling oil into the upper part of the electric driving and directionally cooling a stator (5) by means of an oil spraying hole (25ab) in a stator oil distribution passage (25aa) on the motor housing (2); the rotor cooling structure is used for rotating and throwing the cooling oil by means of a rotator (6) for cooling. A circulating oil passage is connected by means of the structural design of the housing, the oil passage is divided on the housing, the cooling of the stator (5) and the rotator (6) is ensured, additional oil distribution structure and copper pipe are not required, the integration level of the oil cooling electric driving is improved, the cost is reduced, and the risk of oil leakage of an oil pipe is reduced.
