Abstract:
Provided are a three-layer flexible metal-clad laminate and a double-sided three-layer flexible metal-clad laminate in which sufficient adhesive performance can be maintained even when the thickness of an adhesive layer in a three-layer flexible metal-clad laminate is markedly reduced. A three-layer flexible metal-clad laminate (10) including a metal layer (11), an adhesive layer (12), and a resin layer (13), wherein the surface of the metal layer (11) laminated on the adhesive layer (12) formed on the main surface of the resin layer (13) in the three-layer flexible metal-clad laminate (10) has a 10-point average roughness (Rz) of 0.05-0.25 μm, the surface area ratio is 1.0001-1.010, and the adhesive layer (12) has a thickness of 0.3-3.0 μm.
