Abstract:
Provided are a three-phase noise filter that can enhance filter performance by reducing parasitic inductance between capacitor terminals, and an AC motor driving system using the same. The filter is equipped with: wiring patterns (111 to 113) that are provided upon a substrate; X capacitors (11 to 13) that are connected between the wires of the wiring patterns (111 to 113); and an inductor (50) that is connected to the wiring patterns (111 to 113). Wiring pattern (112) is provided between wiring pattern (111) and wiring pattern (113). Wiring patterns (111) and (113) are each provided with a bent section that is bent toward wiring pattern (112). X capacitor (11) is connected to the bent section of wiring pattern (111) and to wiring pattern (112). X capacitor (12) is connected to wiring pattern (112) and to the bent section of wiring pattern (113). X capacitor (13) is connected to the bent section of wiring pattern (113) and to the bent section of wiring pattern (111).
