Abstract:

This three-piece resealable can for acidic liquids is equipped with a cylindrical can barrel member having a screw part at one end and a can bottom member which is in contact with the can barrel member so as to close the other end, which is an opening, of the can barrel member. The can barrel member comprises a first cylindrical steel sheet, a Ni deposit formed by plating over the inner circumferential surface of the first steel sheet, a polyester coating film formed so as to be disposed as the innermost circumferential surface of the can barrel member, and a chromate coating film formed between the first steel sheet and the polyester coating film, the amount of the Ni deposit being 10-1,000 mg/m2, the amount of the chromate coating film being 2-30 mg/m2 in terms of chromium metal, and the amount of the metal deposit present nearest to the innermost circumferential surface of the can barrel member being 200-4,000 mg/m2. The can bottom member comprises a second steel sheet and a Sn deposit formed by plating on the surface of the second steel sheet which faces the can barrel member, the Sn deposit comprising an elemental-Sn deposit formed in an amount of 2-20 g/m2.
