Abstract:
A three point hitch (10) for attachment of an implement (28) to the rear of a construction vehicle (16). The three point hitch (10) uses brackets (12) fixed to the vehicle (16) with a frame (20) mounted thereto. An intermediate part (22) is movably attached to the frame (20). A hydraulic cylinder (24) operates between the frame (20) and the intermediate part (22) to lift and lower an implement (28) attached to the intermediate part (22). Attachment of the implement (28) to the rear of the vehicle (16) allows the operator to drive forward and to drag the implement (28) behind. The frame (20) can be detached from the attachment points (14) on one side of the vehicle (16) and can be swiveled aside to allow access to the construction vehicle (16).
