Abstract:
A three-product flotation column and method suitable for high-ash fine-grained coal slime recovery, relating to the technical field of coal recovery. The three-product flotation column comprises an inner-layer column body and an outer-layer column body; a clean coal collection tank a(4) and a feeding pipe are provided on the top of the inner-layer column body; clean coal collection tanks b(8) are provided on the periphery of the top of the outer-layer column body; a stepped jet device (9) is provided at the bottom end of the feeding pipe; a flow baffle plate (10) is provided directly below the stepped jet device (9) and in the inner-layer column body; the upper opening of the inner-layer column body is provided with a plurality of upper water spraying devices around the feeding pipe; the bottom of the inner-layer column body is provided with L-shaped coarse grain recovering channels (5) that are communicated with the outside of the inner-layer column body; the clean coal collection tanks b(8) and outer-layer top water spraying devices (7) are arranged around the opening position of the outer-layer column body; a foam layer vibrating mechanism is provided at a position below each clean coal collection tank b(8) and on the same horizontal plane of the inner-layer column body and the outer-layer column body; inclined flow distribution plates (11) having an annular structure are arranged in the outer-layer column body; and an annular middling coal product collection tank (12) is reserved between each inclined flow distribution plate (11) and the inner-layer column body. The present invention is strong in recovery capacity, strong in coal quality adaptability, and high in separation precision.
