Abstract:
The present invention provides a three-way pipe for refrigeration and an air conditioner. The three-way pipe for refrigeration comprises a stainless steel end cap, at least two lining plates, two flow dividing branch pipes, and a main pipe. The stainless steel end cap is formed by the integral stretching of a stainless steel sheet, and the stainless steel end cap has a small aperture end and a large aperture end. The at least two lining plates are stacked and then fixed, and welded to the large aperture end of the stainless steel end cap. Each lining plate is provided with two welding holes. After the at least two lining plates are stacked, the corresponding welding holes are overlapped to form two overlapping holes, and the hole depth of each overlapping hole is greater than or equal to 2.5 millimeters. The two flow dividing branch pipes extend into and are sealingly welded to the two overlapping holes. The main pipe is sealingly welded to the small aperture end of the stainless steel end cap.
