The present invention relates to a three-wheeled boarding apparatus capable of tilting, which allows a user to drive driving wheels by pushing on a pedal unit while standing up, and allows a certain part to tilt when the user travels around a corner. The three-wheeled boarding apparatus capable of tilting according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a steering wheel control unit for controlling steering and tilting; a tilting main body unit which has one driving wheel placed at the bottom of the steering wheel control unit, and a tilting body unit extended from the steering wheel control unit toward coupled driving wheels; a fixed main frame unit combined with the end of the tilting body, to which the driving wheels are rotatably coupled, and which has a first supporting bar installed at a predetermined position; and a pair of pedal units of which one end is combined with the tilting body unit, and the other end is arranged on the first supporting bar when the apparatus rotates downwardly, and which provides driving power to the driving wheel through a power conveying member. In the case that the steering wheel control unit is tilted to one side, the fixed main frame unit is not tilted, but the tilting main body unit and the pedal unit can be tilted together. The three-wheeled boarding apparatus capable of tilting according to one embodiment of the present invention provides an effect of being capable of driving in a stable posture, not tilted to one side, when the pedals are pushed with both feet, and in the case of traveling around a corner, providing stable cornering due to the tilting of the tilting body unit being carried out according to a tilting control of the steering wheel control unit.
