Abstract:
Disclosed are a three-woven comfortable cloth, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: first, weaving a raw material using a three-thread yarn carrier to obtain a primary fabric; performing an embryo process on the woven primary fabric; dying the primary fabric, then discharging out from a cylinder and dehydrating, and performing drying processing by means of an open width machine; and shaping the primary cloth to obtain a three-woven comfortable cloth. The preparation method for the three-woven comfortable cloth improves the comfortable wearing feel of the three-thread cloth and a moisture and perspiration wicking function. After washing, the cloth may be iron-free and has a good anti-static effect. Moreover, stand-alone functions such as thermal insulation, an ice sensation, UV protection, bacterial resistance, mildew resistance, and mite resistance may also be separately added. The process procedure is simple and convenient for mass production.
