Abstract:
A threshing and cleaning test bed, which is capable of simulating and testing working parts such as a crop feeding system, a threshing system, a cleaning system, and a chopping and throwing system. Said test bed has the following advantages: the key technical parameters of assemblies of each part can be independently and quickly adjusted; torque sensors are respectively mounted on a fan assembly (12), an axial flow assembly (6), a chopper assembly (9), and a screen box driving assembly, and thus can monitor and record power consumptions of said working parts in real time; the threshing system can achieve the stepless adjustability of rotational speed, stepless adjustability of concave clearance, stepless adjustability of angle of a flow guide plate (23), and interchangeability of separate concaves; and the optimal parameter ratio of a threshing and cleaning device can be obtained by testing the working performance of the threshing and cleaning systems under different parameter conditions.
