Abstract:
Provided is a threshold voltage detection circuit of an OLED display apparatus. A multiplexer (2) is added between a detection IC (1) and a pixel drive unit (3); a second direct-current signal (Ovss) is set to have a first and a second electric potential, wherein the first electric potential is less than an electric potential of a detection control signal (Monitor), and the second electric potential is greater than the electric potential of the detection control signal (Monitor); the second direct-current signal (Ovss) is switched to the second electric potential when a threshold voltage of a drive thin film transistor (T2) is detected; the second direct-current signal (Ovss) is switched to the first electric potential when a threshold voltage of an organic light-emitting diode (D1) is detected; and at the same time, an electric potential of a data signal (Data) is set to be equal to the electric potential of the detection control signal (Monitor). According to the present invention, threshold voltages of the organic light-emitting diode (D1) and the drive thin film transistor (T2) in each sub-pixel drive circuit can be detected one by one, thereby reducing a leakage current, improving the accuracy of threshold voltage detection, and prolonging the service life of an organic light-emitting diode.
