Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a throttle valve control device and a press fit structure which can relax stress applied to a rotor in which a rotating shaft is press-fitted. The throttle valve control device and the press fit structure comprise a rotating shaft 103 and a rotor 130 that rotates integrally with the rotating shaft 103, and are fixed by press-fitting of an insertion part 103a provided at one end of the rotating shaft 103 into an insertion hole 134 provided to the rotor 130. The outer circumferential surface of the insertion part 103a has a pair of projecting curve surfaces 103c, a pair of flat surfaces 103d provided between the pair of projecting curve surfaces 103c, and a plurality of ridge parts 103e formed at boundaries between the flat surfaces 103d and the projecting curve surfaces 103c. The inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole 134 has: a pair of recessed curve surfaces 134a that are fitted with the pair of projecting curve surfaces 103c of the insertion part 103a; a pair of recess parts 134b that form spaces with respect to the pair of flat surfaces 103d of the insertion part 103a and around the ridge parts 103e; and rotation prevention parts 134c that project from the bottom of the recess parts 134b and that are in contact with the flat surfaces 103d of the insertion part 103a.
