A throttling apparatus, comprising a housing and a channel (9) defined by the housing and applicable to medium circulation. Valve components (17, 18) are provided in the channel (9); the valve components (17, 18) comprise valve elements (4, 8) and valves matching the valve elements (4, 8); multiple orifices (10-15) applicable to medium circulation are provided on the valve elements (4, 8); the valves are adapted to move so as to open or close at least one orifices (10-15).
