Our claims of the invention being applied for protection is as follows:

1. Methane Hydrogen Synthesis gas obtained from no.1 to 14 to process a complete description of the invention for which I pray I named Okto gas.

Field of the Invention

This invention relates to the manufacture of Methane Hydrogen Synthesis which uses a blend of two (2) Thermo Chemical processes Cryogenic air separation and purification of three (triple) pressure column with ionized electrolysis method (-).

Background of the Invention

In the present invention, an attempt to optimize the method of chemical reactions through a system of Separation and Purification Air Cryogenic through the heating membrane Main Vanadium in the Regenerator and Space Vacuum frequency combined with the method of electrolysis ionized in order to expand the utilization of the method of chemical reactions mentioned above to create a Gas Synthesis Hydrogen methane can be obtained through the modification and merging system Cryogenic air separation and purification and electrolysis.

Summary of the Invention

An object of the present invention is to obtain an Energy Gas Synthesis through the creation of a new invention by modifications to the electrolysis method and Purification Cryogenic Air Separation Method:

1. Modify the system of conventional electrolysis method with the addition of ionization in the water system to be electrolyzed to maximize the quality and quantity of H 2 and 0 2 .

2. Modify method Cryogenic Air Separation and Purification Column into a Triple Double Column by installing radiating membrane Vanadium Tertanium Regenerator in Column 3 to the Vacuum and frequency.

This invention is a combination of 2 methods modified to create Methane Hydrogen as an Alternative Synthesis of new gas for energy, which I named Gas Okto, according to the name of the researcher and his invention, namely: Okto Caturjaya. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

My invention to make Hydrogen Synthesis Gas Methane is obtained by modifying the nitrogen and oxygen generator systems that previously mengguanakan double system (2) regenerator columns, into a triple (3) regenerator columns.

In an embodiment, the process consists of the following steps:

1. The air is sucked through the compressor in the filter, then the air compressor accommodated in the tube pressed by using a rotary compressor at 0.55 to 0.57 Mpa.

2. 96% of the total air flow is passed through 2 pairs of regenerators 1 and 2, to the

separation element and Na2, 02 gas from the air

3. 4% of the total air supplied to the regenerator column to 3, the air and then compressed at -180°C condition with bait Vanadium membrane that has been coated with a solid catalyst made of vanadium membrane material that has been coated with a solid catalyst made of Sodium Acetat, aluminum powder and Coking Coal, membrane also serves as a heat exchanger in the regenerator 3 to the vacuum.

4. In the 3rd column dominant gas obtained in the form of H2, CH4, CO2 from the air which is then stored in a separate storage tube of the regenerator 1 and 2 wherein Gas Nitrogen and Oxygen are. O2 and N2 gas cooled gas will return from the distillation column into a cooling medium in the outer sheath 3rd regenerator column.

5. 4% of the air flow is then passed through the scrubber to remove water vapor and CO2. Air cooled by several heat exchangers arranged in series consisting of a precooler, ammonia heat exchanger 2 for purifying gas heat exchanger H2, CH4. Cold air from the heat exchanger results will be expanded by the expansion valve and will be combined (mixed) with the expanded flow of regenerator. This combined stream flowed to the reboiler which is in the column under the conditions of a pressure of 0.5 Mpa.

6. Gas that has been melted H2, CH4, will flow from the top down and sent to the column subcooler and then expanded up to 0.101 Mpa and fed to the top column above. Subcooler cooling function to prevent it from occurring flashing the liquid into the column above. H 2 , CH4 with a purity better will be excluded from the top column above. H 2| CH4 column is also removed from the top down. Use of Nitrogen Gas can be used to cool the outer sheath tube further mixes with air flow (ammonia precooled) and then expanded by up to 0.101 Mpa eskspansi machine to reduce the temperature of the gas H , CH4. A portion of the expanded stream of N2 gas is used for the cooling process in the regenerator.

7. Hydrogen Methane results in the 3rd column that has been purified be channeled into a test tube and join with H2 gas produced from the electrolysis ionized. In the process of separation of the Ha from water by electrolysis, water neutralization process previously done by adjusting the acidity of the water to a neutral pH with pH 7 before the water as bait experiencing electrical voltage 12-24 Volt / 12-30 amperes.

After the neutralization process then entered the stage of Coagulation Water, carried out for the addition of certain chemicals into the water in order to:

a. Impurities in the water such as suspended solids.

b. Conditioning the substance content in the water, so water can be maximally used as bait in the process of electrolysis.

Both The gas will be compressed in the pressure vessel which is equipped with a frequency of 8 to 9.5 H?.

The end result of the process no.1-14 obtained Methane Hydrogen Synthesis.
