A through-type lamp mounting structure and a vehicle. The through-type lamp mounting structure comprises a housing (5) and a front-end frame (91); the housing is connected to the front-end frame; the two ends of the housing extend towards the two sides of a vehicle and extend to side lamp regions (92); and the end portion of the housing is connected to a fender (93) by means of a connecting bracket (94).
