A throw-away cutting tool capable of increasing a durability, a machining stability, and a machining accuracy by detachably installing a cutting head having a cutting edge at the tip of a tool main body using a tightening device so that the function thereof can be recovered by the replacement of the cutting head, wherein projected parts (8) and (16) gradually increased in height from the center of the tool to the outer peripheral side and recessed parts (9) and (15) gradually increased in depth are provided, alternately each other and radially, in the front face of a main body (2) and the bearing surface of the sinter-formed cutting head (3), respectively, and the projected parts (8) and recessed parts (15) and the projected parts (16) and recessed parts (9) positioned alternately each other are conically fitted to each other so as to center and lock the cutting head.
