Disclosed is a throwing-type unmanned aerial vehicle having a cushioning support. The throwing-type unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle frame, and further comprises a throwing device and a cushioning support. The throwing device and the cushioning support are fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle frame, and the bottom surface of the cushioning support is provided below the bottom surface of the throwing device. The present invention is simple in structure, can achieve high toss of objects, is convenient is use, has a structure that is easily implemented, and has a good use effect. According to the present invention, a landing gear of the unmanned aerial vehicle is integrated with cushioning, a good cushioning effect is ensured while space is not occupied, the structure is simple and the design is reasonable. When the unmanned aerial vehicle lands, the weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle presses on a cushioning rod, and the cushioning rod compresses a spring so as to achieve a cushioning effect. When the unmanned aerial vehicle takes off, the spring rebounds, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can obtain an acting force, thereby facilitating the takeoff of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
