Abstract:
A thrust sliding bearing (1) constituted of a synthetic resin is disclosed which comprises a lower annular plate part (202), which defines the bottom of a lower annular recess (204), an upper annular platy part (102), and a thrust bearing piece (300) which is in sliding contact with the upper side of the lower part (202) and the lower side of the upper part (102), and which further includes a silicone grease present at the sliding interface between the upper side of the lower part (202) and the lower side of the piece (300) and at the sliding interface between the lower side of the upper part (102) and the upper side of the piece (300). The silicone grease comprises: a base oil which is a silicone oil and has a dynamic viscosity at 25°C of 100-500,000 cSt; and a thickener which has been added thereto so that the mixture has a consistency of 200-400.
