Abstract:
Provided is a thrust sliding bearing with which it is possible to prevent a decrease in workability during assembly or disassembly of a suspension, without an upper case becoming detached. An annular thrust sliding bearing 1, provided with an upper case 10 made of a synthetic resin material, a steel washer 20 made of a metal material, and a lower case 30 rotatably combined with the upper case 10. The upper case 10 has a washer support part 11 for supporting the steel washer 20. The steel washer 20 is annular and has an inner peripheral part 26 and an outer peripheral part 25. The outer peripheral part 25 of the steel washer 20 is covered by the washer support part 11 of the upper case. The upper case 10 and the steel washer 20 are integrally formed. The inner peripheral part 26 of the steel washer 20 projects farther inwards than the washer support part 11 of the upper case 10.
