Abstract:
A thyristor latching current automatic detection device, comprising a buck chopping circuit, and a thyristor wiring circuit. The buck chopping circuit comprises a power supply (Vin), an auxiliary power supply (Vcc), a PWM controller, a signal amplification circuit, an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), a diode (D), and an inductor (L); and the thyristor wiring circuit comprises a thyristor (T), and a gate driving power supply (B) , a resistor (R p), a current relay (KA) and an ampere meter (A) thereof. According to the automatic detection device, the testing current can be improved by a smaller step length, and the device can automatically stop adjusting the current and maintain the current value when the thyristor latching current is reached.
