Abstract:

The present invention discloses a Tibetan Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide GLP-1 with an antioxidant effect, a preparation method and the use. The Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide GLP-1 is extracted from Tibetan Ganoderma lucidum powder, which has a polysaccharide content of 73.36%, and an uronic acid content of 2.27%, the weight average molecular weight thereof is 6.31 kDa, and the protein content thereof is extremely low. According to the present invention, the Tibetan Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide GLP-1 is separated and prepared from Tibetan Ganoderma lucidum for the first time. GLP-1 is mainly composed of mannose, glucose, galactose, xylose, arabinose, etc., same has the characteristic absorption peak of -OH, C-H, C-OH, α-isopyranose and an α-, β-glycosidic bond, has no triple helix structure, and has a good thermal stability; in addition, the obtained polysaccharide GLP-1 has a chemical antioxidant activity, and can protect fibroblast NIH3T3 cells in mice from oxidative damage induced by tert-butyl hydroperoxide, and has a good edible and medicinal value in terms of antioxidant activity.
