Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for preparing the ticagrelor intermediate 2-[[(3aR,4S,6R,6aS)-6-aminotetrahydro-2,2-dimethyl-4H-cyclopenta-1,3-dioxan-4-yl]oxy]ethanol (intermediate C). The preparation method uses (1R,2R,3R,4R)-rel-1,2:3,4-diepoxycyclopentane (I) as the starting material, and the target product is obtained by means of undergoing in succession the steps of azide ring opening, ketalization, etherification, reduction, and resolution. The starting material of the preparation method is readily available, the process is simple, the production cost can be effectively controlled, and the quality of the product is improved, facilitating economical technical development of ticagrelor bulk drugs.
