Abstract:
Disclosed is a ticket gate machine, that is characterized by being provided with a reading means for reading the ticket information recorded as 2-dimensional code on the ticket medium presented by the user, and a passage control means for allowing or prohibiting passage through the ticket gate by the user on the basis of the period of validity and area of validity recorded in the ticket information read by the aforementioned reading means.
