Abstract:
A ticket information processing method, apparatus and system. The system comprises: a first client (101) for initiating a ticket purchase request for a target scenic area, and acquiring a face image of a requester user; a first server end (102) for creating an order according to the received ticket purchase request, performing, according to the face image acquisition result, face registration to save face image data and generate a face identification, establishing a correspondence between the face identification and an order identification, and providing order identification information for a second server end (104); a second client (103) for acquiring a face image of a user who enters the target scenic area; and the second server end (104) for obtaining order details information, and performing, according to the order identification returned by the first server end (102) and matching the face image acquisition result upon receipt of the face image acquisition result submitted by the second client (103), order verification. The system can reduce the reliance on a user terminal device.
