Abstract:
A ticket-vending unit (5) issues a ticket which corresponds to ticket information having been inputted in an operation unit (4). A credit card processing unit (8) carries out a credit transaction with an accepted IC credit card for the ticket that is issued in the ticket-vending unit (5). The credit card processing unit (8) comprises: an IC access unit (31) which accesses the IC of the accepted IC credit card (20), and reads in recorded card data; and a transaction processing function unit (30a) which launches an application which is included in the card data that the IC access unit (31) has read in and carries out the credit transaction with the IC credit card (20).
