Title:
TIDAL POWER GENERATION SHIP HAVING WATER TURBINE PROVIDED TO FLOAT ON WATER SURFACE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/004631
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention of a tidal power generation ship provided to float on a water surface is firmly manufactured in an integrated form with a water turbine compartment and a barge in the middle between a left ship and a right ship, and is firmly anchored to piles provided at the front, back, left and right of the power generation ship by using anchors and ropes such that the position thereof is not changed by tidal currents. A water turbine (8) has a shaft (9) and six vanes (80) at the center thereof, and thus is designed to rotate by receiving energy through the vanes when fluid flows. Blades (80a) are provided at the end portions of the water turbine vanes (80) such that energy can be effectively obtained when the fluid flows. The water turbine rotates on the water surface when the flow velocity is generated by means of the tidal current in the sea, transmits power to a transmission, and rotates a power generator rotor at high speed through primary and secondary transmissions so as to produce electricity.
