Abstract:
In the present invention, a power plate is moved in a standing state when moving in the direction of a tidal current, and the power plate is moved in a lying state when moving in the direction opposite to the tidal current. In a process of passing through respective sprockets, it is possible for the power plate to stably switch between lying down and standing up by means of the operations of a locking part and a releasing part, and a standing part and a lying part,. Thereby, the present invention enables the force due to the flow of a tidal current to be maximized while enabling electricity to be generated while the operation direction is changed and operated by itself without any separate manual operation according to the flow of the tidal current.
