Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/195952
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A tie rod assembly according to the present invention comprises: a ball joint end (10); an insert end (20) detachably coupled to the ball joint end (10); a clamp (30) disposed between coupling portions of the ball joint end (10) and the insert end (20) to enable the two members (10 and 20) to be coupled to each other; an insert core (40) fitted to the insert end (20); and a composite rod (50) disposed to cover coupling portions of the insert end (20) and the insert core (40), which are fitted to each other. The insert end (20) comprises: a clamp coupling part (21) coupled to the ball joint end (10) portion by the clamp (30); a core coupling part (25) directly coupled to the insert core (40); and a rod coupling part (23) connecting the clamp coupling part (21) to the core coupling part (25) while simultaneously surrounding outer surfaces thereof through the composite rod (50). An unevenness is formed on a surface of the core coupling part (25) to intensify a clamping force with the insert core (40).
