Abstract:
Provided is a tightening torque management structure for a bolt 4 that affixes a component 1, said tightening torque management structure comprising: the bolt 4, which is equipped with a plurality of protrusions 4da, 4db, 4dc of different heights on a seat surface 4d of a head part 4a; a non-conductive film 8 of a prescribed size, which is formed on a surface of the component 1 and is provided with a shaft hole H penetrated by the shaft 4b of the bolt 4; and a conductive film 7, which is formed upon the non-conductive film 8 in the same planar shape as said non-conductive film 8 and is provided with the shaft hole H and a plurality of grooves 7a, 7b, 7c penetrated by the protrusions 4da, 4db, 4dc, wherein the protrusions 4da, 4db other than the protrusion 4dc having the lowest height are configured so as to abut the surface of the component 1 if the tightening torque for the bolt 4 is correct, and the widths of the bases of the protrusions 4da, 4db, 4dc are sized so as to close off the grooves 7a, 7b, 7c.
