Abstract:
When a worker tries to tighten a bolt at a selected tightening point using a torque wrench (10), the tightening point is specified by a camera (30) and the prescribed value for the specified tightening point is transmitted from a computer (40) to the torque wrench (10). The worker adjusts the tightening torque of the torque wrench (10) so as to fall within the range of the prescribed value. After the adjustment, the worker tightens the bolt at the specified tightening point. At this juncture, the tightening torque is transmitted from a transmitter (13) to the computer (40) via a transmitting/receiving means (20). The computer (40) determines whether or not the tightening torque is the prescribed value and displays the results of the determination. If the result is "OK," the worker moves to the next tightening point and if the result is "NG," tightening is performed again.
